The trio DIE SCHRAUBER is an ongoing collaboration between Hans Tammen, Joker Nies & Mario DeVega involving live sound processing, circuit bending and glitch sampling. A wide variety of dense musical textures, high-energy interaction, but also sparse and pointilistic statements result from the sophisticated and immediate control over their electronic instruments – Joker Nies with his resistance sensitive contacts, Mario DeVega’s Teleo-based proximity sensors, and Hans Tammen with his Endangered Guitar controller. |
